Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

Conditions for returns

Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed dietary supplements, as well as damaged or used items, cannot be returned. Only unopened products in their original condition are eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs

Returns are at your expense. Please do not send packages without postage – shipping providers charge significantly higher fees for this, which we would have to pass on to you.

How to send it back

Please ensure that the sender's details are clearly legible on the package and include a brief note with your order number or a copy of the invoice so that we can process your return quickly.
